OUTSIDE INDIA - We provide free international shipping for orders above $180.
For orders below $180, a shipping fee of $25 will be charged.
We endeavour to deliver your order within 1-2 weeks. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 business days for delivery within India and 7-10 business days for deliveries outside India. RANNA GILL is not responsible for any unforeseen logistical circumstances and/or delays which are beyond its control.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
You may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; RG LIFESTYLE PVT LTD (Brand owner of RANNA GILL) has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.rannagill.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return within 7 days and for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, the customer care team at rannagill.com would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible.
1. We do not accept any returns on discounted merchandise.
2. We do not have a refund policy. We can offer credit note only on fresh merchandise in such cases. The validity of the credit note is for 30 Days .
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.
We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:
(1.) On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
(2.) Wait for receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
(3.) Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed invoice.
