RANNA GILL team can ship your goods to virtually any address in the World!

OUTSIDE INDIA - We provide free international shipping for orders above $180.

For orders below $180, a shipping fee of $25 will be charged.

DELIVERY

We endeavour to deliver your order within 2 weeks. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 d 7-10 business days for deliveries outside India. RANNA GILL is not responsible for any unforeseen logistical circumstances and/or delays which are beyond its control.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

You may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer and  RG LIFESTYLE PVT LTD (Brand owner of RANNA GILL) has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.rannagill.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped internationally. 

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us  at care@rannagill.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We do not offer price refunds. We only issue store credit in case any product is returned, if applicable. Store credit is valid for 180  days and should be availed within 180 days from the date of issue.

We do not accept any grievances if the product is delivered to us after 14 days of receiving the complaint. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

(1.) On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

(2.) Wait for receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.

(3.) Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed invoice.

(4.) Courier the parcel back to us at the mentioned address over the email.
